Angelina Jolie v. Jennifer Aniston
Scribe thinks that Brad Pitt traded up in the looks department when he went for Angelina Jolie over Jennifer Aniston. I say he traded down. So I thought it'd be fun to put them side to side and see who is better looking. Of course, looks and Hollywood style glamour are in no way an accurate guide to judge a person's character or what's inside a person's soul. But.... Since physical attractiveness is all we've got to go on for this little excersise, let's consider the candidates. Of course, it's a matter of personal opinion but I still want to know what you think.
In all fairness, there were a great many photographs to choose from, and the choices were not easy. When selecting these pictures, I tried to find similar shots for each: a head shot and a bust shot.
Ok Brad, ya big goofball, you either are married to or have been married to both of these women. What does Angelina have that Jennifer does not?
First, a few pictures of Angelina and Jennifer together, side-by-side...
On the left, we have Angelina and on the right we have Jennifer.
First we have the head shots... then the bust shots:
Of course, if you've not been living in a closet, you know where my preference lies.
No contest.

no question
Brad is hotter than either one of them.
In related news, i actually met Matt Damon last night.
OK, not that Matt Damon, but someone with the same name.
no question
You're crazy.
How is your meeting some schmoe (not the actor) named Matt Damon related to this?
Ya lost me.
no question
I'd take Matt Damon over all three of them.
:D
I wouldn't turn any of 'em away for eating crackers on my mattress. Pitt could be used to bring hot chicks over.
LOL AG, leave it to you!
I think they are both beautiful in their own way.
And they're both lucky to have had Pitt!
AG is right Pitt is hotter than the both of them-but Angelina gets my vote. I think she's is incredibly beautiful Anniston is merely attractive.
Pris: I have no problem with you thinking Brad is hot. That's the way it should be, you being a woman and all.
I'm not saying Angelina is not attractive, but her lips are too large for my taste. Too much botox, I think.
Can't argue with her charitable work though. It's refreshing to see a celebrity actually using their fame and fortune to help others.

why am I not an authorized visitor to your blog??
"Pris: I have no problem with you thinking Brad is hot. That's the way it should be, you being a woman and all."
Do i sense some uneasiness there?
Some of us can appreciate the finer things in either gender.
Get used to it.
Uneasiness?
You betcha! Any time a guy refers to another guy as hot raises all kinds of red flags.
Same as a woman referring to another woman as hot raises those very same red flags.
As it should.
sounds to me like someone needs to deal with their bigotry...
"As it should."
Really, says who? Oh wait - it's in that book of yours. Right next to the bit that says we shouldn't eat pork, and that women who leave the house while menstruating should be killed.
AG: you throw the bigotry card around like it's the ace of spades.
Aside from what the Bible says, the fact is it's not normal behavior for a man to think another man is hot. And yes, I have a problem with it.
Get used to it.
Haven't we gone around this argument before where you take the pork thing out of context? I've explained this quite clearly to you before.
The other example you provide, no doubt is also taken out of context - if it's even in there to begin with.
If it is, I can't find it so you'll need to provide the book chapter verse reference so I can explain where your mistake lies.
And yes, it is appropriate for you to supply the scripture reference. You should know them by heart since this is one of your standard arguments whenever someone dares question you.
"the fact is it's not normal behavior"
and who defines normal? It used to not be 'normal behaviour' for a black man to date a white woman. I supose we all should just have gotten used to that too.
and the reference to menstruation (or 'the other exmaple' if you're too delicate to use the word') is one of those many levitical laws which is form the same part of your book that says (and admitedly I'm paraphrasing here) 'drooling over every jennifer aniston film good, identifying with characters in brokeback mountain bad'.
I'll acknowledge that i may have the facts slightly askew as to what the punishment for menstruating women was, but your book at the very least said they were 'unclean'.
"the fact is it's not normal behavior"
and who defines normal?
Society throughout the ages has defined what is normal. In Europe, the United States and Australia, societies founded on Judeo-Christian (yes, Biblical) principles are the norm.
So yes, the Bible has had a direct effect on dictating what is normal human behavior. And since the ultimate author of the Bible is God, well you know where this is going.
It used to not be 'normal behaviour' for a black man to date a white woman. I supose we all should just have gotten used to that too.
Since we're all one big human family, the stigma of a black man and white woman or white man and black woman, is just a social stigma of the 19th century and has no basis in any religious dogma that I know of and exactly why such stigma has evaporated over time.
Remember, the concept of race and superiority of one over the other was not invented by but certainly popularized by a certain 19th century scientist who shares a birthday with Abe Lincoln (note the full title of his Origin of Species refers to race, a term not associated with anything in the animal kingdom)
Big, big, big difference between calling a woman who is menstrating "unclean" (perfectly fine, hardly offensive) and saying that "women who leave the house while menstruating should be killed."
ok, since calling someone 'unclean' is "perfectly fine, hardly offensive", I'll from now on refer to you as "unclean green"
(goes off to update link on my blog to refelct new title)
green, no one is an authorized viewer of my blog, cept me :)
Ag and Green-I find quite a lot of women to be attractive. I can also appreciate beauty in both male and females, but Im only interested in relationships with men:) But i still like to look at beautiful women. So?
Green-since you brought up the botox thing, Anniston is really a brunette, her hair is darker than mine and she had a nose job. Also her last name isn't Anniston, it's Annakaakakropolis or something...
Angelina hasn't had any work done.
Aaah, I see. Too bad, I enjoyed reading your blog.
Being of Greek heritage it wouldn't surprise me that Aniston's natural hair color is brunette. I wonder if there are any published pics with her natural hair color. I know she had a nose job.
Angelina's had nothing done that we know about but to me her lips look unnaturally large.
According to imdb.com:""Her birth name is Jennifer Aniston, not Jennifer Anastasakis. Her father John Aniston had changed the spelling of his last name to Aniston from Anastasakis before his marriage to Nancy Dow, and the last name that appears on Jennifer's birth certificate is Aniston."
AG: to borrow a favorite movie line,
"Spoken like a true smartass"!
I hear you Green.
And how interesting~
verification word: verses
Green, so then you are admitting that Aniston is a big fake ?
:) You're right, no contest.
kayla: Thank you for agreeing with me. And, it's nice to hear from you again. email me sometime.... it'd be cool to catch up with you.
Pris: I'm admitting no such thing! I'll always think Aniston is hotter than Jolie, who doesn't even use her real last name!
Who in Hollywood then wouldn't be a big fake? Who in Hollywood hasn't colored their hair or had a nip here and a tuck there in an attempt to stay looking good?
Post some pics of Jennifer pre-makeover/surgery.
haha I enjoyed reading this. (Just browsing through some blogs and came across this one.)
Jennifer Aniston, to me, looks more naturally beautiful than Jolie, and although she does lots of charitable work, I'm pretty sure she does it just to 'up' her image a bit. :)
